In our school, breakfast, lunch and afternoon are planned in a balanced way:
- All protein products (eggs, meat, organic chicken, turkey, fish, legumes, milk and dairy products, nuts) are distributed in a balanced way.
- Whole grain products are included in our menu. Only whole wheat flour and buckwheat flour are used as flour in our school. All food, including bread, is baked at our school.
- Seasonal vegetables and fruits are served.
- Only water, kefir, ayran, herbal and fruit teas are offered as beverages. Milk is only used in the preparation of recipes.
- No refined sugar, including honey and molasses, is used in our recipes.
- Our school’s goal is to offer a variety of nutritious foods to our students on a regular basis in a pleasant environment.
